i know this is an old post, but I recently started using Launcher7 on my Android phone and I was looking for a good WP7 lockscreen. This was a PERFECT idea.

I made a few adjustments to my layout to suit my tastes...

I'm using Circle Battery widget. I think it looks neater.
I didn't like having to mess around with the sizes for MissedIt! Plus you can't click the widget to go to the app. So I'm using SiMi Folder. I used a WP7 folder icon and in it I have shortcuts to Camera, Messaging, GMail, and VLingo.
I also used SiMi for the weather widget. Minimalistic text is having some issues with weather.
I also photoshopped out the silhouette person for the music. Mine is just a plain color bar. I'm using UberMusic so it already had a Metro UI music control widget.
Everything else I followed your example.

Thanks so much for this idea. Definitely worth a favorite.
